1. Our Services

Custom AI Songs creates personalized songs and optional personalized video songs for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, tributes, family celebrations and other special occasions.

Every order is customized using the information you provide, including names, relationships, memories, emotions, photos, preferred language and musical style.

Final deliverables may include MP3 audio, WAV audio, lyric videos, personalized videos or other digital formats depending on the package selected.

2. Ordering Process

Orders may be placed through our website, WhatsApp or email.

Before production begins we normally confirm:

  • Relationship

  • Delivery timeline
  • Pricing
  • Package selected

Production starts only after order confirmation and applicable payment requirements are completed.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that all names, stories, photographs, memories, recordings and other information shared with us are accurate and that you have permission to use them.

You are solely responsible for the information submitted as part of your order.

We reserve the right to decline projects containing unlawful, defamatory, hateful, abusive or misleading content.

4. Payments

Pricing depends on the selected package and project complexity.

Orders may require either:

  • Full payment before production, or
  • Advance payment followed by the remaining balance before final delivery.

Payment instructions are shared individually during order confirmation.

5. Delivery

Standard delivery is generally completed within 24–48 hours after all required information has been received.

Complex projects including personalized video songs, multiple languages or premium customizations may require additional time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and customer response times.

6. Revisions

We aim to understand your requirements before production starts to minimize revisions.

Minor lyric corrections requested before final production may be included at our discretion.

Significant changes after production has started, including changing the recipient, occasion, language or overall concept, may require additional charges.

7. AI-Assisted Creative Process

Our workflow may combine AI-assisted creative technologies with human writing, editing, music production and quality review.

Every project is reviewed before delivery to maintain quality and personalization.

The use of AI-assisted tools does not reduce the customized nature of the final product.

8. Digital Products

All songs and personalized videos delivered by Custom AI Songs are digital products. No physical items are shipped unless explicitly agreed.

Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing the delivered files after receipt.

9. Copyright & Ownership

Every personalized song is created exclusively for the customer using the information provided during the ordering process.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the delivered song or video for personal celebrations, family events, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, memorials and personal social media sharing.

The creative production methods, website content, sample songs, branding, graphics and other intellectual property belonging toCustom AI Songs remain the property of Custom AI Songs.

10. Commercial Use

Commercial use of delivered content including advertising, broadcasting, public performances, resale, redistribution, monetized licensing or commercial campaigns requires prior written permission from Custom AI Songs.

Personal YouTube uploads, Instagram posts, Facebook posts and WhatsApp sharing for personal occasions are generally permitted.

11. Customer Content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, names, memories, stories and personal information that you submit.

By submitting content, you grant Custom AI Songs permission to use that material solely for producing your personalized song or video.

You confirm that you have permission to use any photos, music, names or other material that you provide to us.

12. Portfolio Usage

We respect your privacy.

Your completed song, screenshots, videos, testimonials or customer reviews will never be published on our website or social media without your permission.

13. Refunds & Cancellations

Personalized songs are digital products created specifically for individual customers.

Once production has started, cancellation or refund requests may not be possible because significant creative work has already been completed.

If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons within our control, an appropriate refund or alternative solution may be offered at our discretion.

14. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality personalized songs,Custom AI Songs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

15. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or events beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.
