These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://customaisongs.in (the "Site") and the services provided by CustomAISongs.in ("we", "us", "our"). By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We craft personalized songs (and optional videos) based on the brief you share. Final outputs are delivered as MP3 / WAV files, with optional video deliverables as add-ons. All creative direction is collaborative and finalised on WhatsApp or email.

2. Orders & briefs

  • You agree to provide accurate brief information (names, language preferences, dates, memories).
  • You confirm that you have the right to share content, names and stories about the recipients in your brief.
  • Orders are confirmed once we agree on scope, language, delivery date and pricing in writing on WhatsApp or email.

3. Payments

Payments are typically collected upfront or as 50% advance + 50% on delivery, depending on the package. Once production begins, advance payments are non-refundable.

4. Revisions

Each standard order includes one complimentary lyric revision before vocal recording. Additional revisions or post-vocal changes may incur extra charges.

5. Delivery timeline

Standard delivery is 24–48 hours from brief confirmation. Express delivery and complex packages (custom video, multiple languages, ensemble vocals) may take longer; timelines are confirmed at order time.

6. Refunds & cancellations

You may cancel before production begins for a full refund. Once production begins (lyrics written, vocal slot booked), the order becomes non-refundable.

7. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, you receive a perpetual, personal licence to use the delivered song for private, family and non-commercial purposes (gifting, family events, social posts). For commercial usage — advertising, business jingles, paid reels at scale — a separate commercial licence is required.

We retain the underlying composition rights and reserve the right to use the song (with your written consent) as a portfolio sample.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, hateful, defamatory or abusive content. We reserve the right to decline any brief that violates our values or applicable laws.

9. Disclaimers

Songs are creative deliverables. While we strive for excellence, art is subjective. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order in dispute.

10. Privacy

Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
